Beckeys Kountry Kitchen has been at this location in the little village of Blissfield Mi. just minutes from Adrian Michgan or Toledo Ohio since 1997 serving up the best homemade and fresh foods possible from the begin'in. 
Started by Randy And Lee Ann Beckey and joined by our children as they have grown over the years, our aim is to keep Beckeys Kountry Kitchen as family orientated as possible. 

What drives us

     I grew up with two Grandmothers that were excellent cooks they made everything from scratch cause they couldn't afford anything premade or store bought. And I spent a lot of time watching and learning from them. I remember GrandMa Beckey rolling out egg noodles with a well worn rolling pin, and her Peanut Butter Cookies that no one else could duplicate. Then My maternal Grandmother was always canning fruits and vegetables, and her jellys and jams were always the best. As a young whipper snapper I just starting out in the work force I was taught to cook by a couple of great Chef's Jerry Landfair and Joe Jones. Jerry was a classically trained chef that taught me most of the basics, then there was Joe a self professed Hillbilly that taught me the "Hillbilly way to cooking". His style of cooking has always been my favorite and it is reflected in my cooking style. I feel now-days we all are missing the "Southern Homemade Style" of cooking and personal service, my goal is to try to keep some of these family cooking and hospitality traditions going.

People
      You are the reason we have been around now for over 10 years  Nothing makes my day more than having guest travel for a  hour or more just to eat at Beckeys, it tells me that we are doing the right things. Our guest always come first and we try to prove that by having an open door policy, I give out my private e-mail address that I always answer my mail personally and I'm only a phone call away when I'm not at the restaurant.
 
Food
      Our food is as homemade as it can git, such as our jams are made from scratch in our kitchen, our "famous" (ask anyone in a 50 mile radius about it) fried chicken, is fried up fresh to order breaded in our own secret breading, and our BBQ ribs are tender delicious guaranteed!  We have many delicious down home style dishes for y,all to try, like our Chicken n Biscuits or Baked Ziti both of which we make a lot of. Our menu is loaded with many different choices that will please even the pickiest eaters, and we do that all the time!  We pride ourselves in our Homemade quality and Homemade value!
